Position Title: Project Manager (Intermediate)
Location: Hybrid (Grand Rapids)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for network, compute, storage, and cloud technologies across multiple vendors and locations simultaneously.
- Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, and quality targets are met.
- Drive project milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure effective change management throughout the project.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and budgets, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Foster team collaboration, maintain open communication across all levels of the organization, and provide day-to-day direction to project resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certifications: SAFe certifications (e.g., SSM, SASM, SA, SPC, SPMPO) preferred; strong knowledge of Agile practices.
- Technical Experience: Previous infrastructure and operations experience (e.g., application engineer, developer) is beneficial.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
- Teamwork & Leadership: Proven ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams, foster team commitment, and communicate across various levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Project Management Expertise: Experience managing all aspects of project planning and execution, with a focus on achieving project goals and maintaining timelines, budgets, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.

- 2-5 years of relevant work experience in project management, with a strong track record of managing infrastructure or technology-related projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle a diverse set of responsibilities.
